We are tucked away in Lokhandwala Complex, specifically in Brighton Units A Co Op Housing Society. It’s on the 2nd Cross Lane in Andheri West. Being a media company in Lokhandwala feels right because this whole neighborhood is full of people doing similar stuff. Our space is number 6, and it’s more like a home office than a corporate headquarters. We kept the name Barefoot Bairagi because it felt a bit more like us—relaxed and not too stuck up. We don't have a big sign outside or a lobby. It’s just a place where we gather to work on media projects. Sometimes we work late, and the society is usually quiet by then. We like the vibe here. You can step out and find a chai stall or a cafe in two minutes. The work we do involves a lot of sitting and thinking, so being in a comfortable housing society helps. We are not into the whole fancy business culture. We prefer just talking like normal people and getting the tasks sorted. Every day is a bit different, but the goal is always just to finish the work we started. It’s a small team, and we all know each other well. Living and working in Andheri West has its own rhythm, and we’ve definitely settled into it over the years. No frills, just a regular group of people doing their thing.
