You can find us over in Malad West, inside the Shree Sidhivinayak Tower. We’re in room A306, right across from Apte Hospital on Orlem Tank Road. It’s a busy area with a lot of people coming and going throughout the day. Chirag started this place and we’ve just been plugging away at real estate ever since. The name Banyon Tree Realtors sounded good to us because those trees are everywhere and they last a long time. We handle a lot of different things, mostly helping people find flats or small shops in Malad. It’s a crowded part of the city, so there’s always something happening around the corner. Our office is a comfortable spot, nothing too over the top or expensive looking. We have some chairs for visitors and plenty of folders full of listings to look through. We don't do the whole corporate pitch thing. Usually, we just sit down, have a glass of water, and talk about what's available in the neighborhood right now. Some days we spend more time on the phone than we’d like, but that’s just the nature of this business. We know the shortcuts around Orlem and which buildings are kept up better than others. It’s small-scale work, but we take it seriously. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency in Mumbai, just a reliable one for the folks living near the hospital and the tank road. We just try to be helpful and honest without making a big deal of it.
