If you know Andheri East, you probably know where the MIDC area is. We are located right there on Central Road, specifically at number 8 in the Rainbow Industrial Estate. It's a busy spot, right across from the ICICI Bank. Ballaney Constructions has been operating out of this unit for a good while. Mumbai is a tough place to build anything, with all the rules and the space constraints, but we do what we can. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a workspace where we coordinate our building projects. We spend most of our time out on the sites anyway. Being in the industrial estate makes sense for us because it’s central. We get a lot of trucks moving in and out of this area, so it gets noisy. We deal with various construction jobs around the city. It’s mostly about coordinating labor and materials. We've seen Andheri change a lot over the years. New buildings going up everywhere. We try to keep things simple here. No big presentations or fancy talk. We just take the plans and try to get the walls up. Sometimes the rain slows us down, which is typical for Mumbai. We just wait it out and get back to it. If you need to drop off documents, the 400072 area is easy to reach by train or road, though the traffic on Central Road can be a real headache in the afternoons.
