We are a family-run business called Bagwe and Sons Realty Private Limited, located in Bhandup West. Our office is B-502 in the Prasad CHS building. It’s right on Subhash Road, very close to Janta Market. If you know Bhandup, you know that Janta Market is always buzzing with people and stalls. Being on the fifth floor gives us a little bit of peace from the street noise below. We’ve been working out of this building for quite a while. It’s not a corporate office with glass walls or anything like that. It’s a practical space where we sit down and go through property papers and talk to clients. We know the streets around Subhash Road like the back of our hands. Most of our work involves helping people find a place to stay or set up a shop in this part of Mumbai. We don’t have a big staff, so when you call or visit, you’re usually talking to one of the family members. We just handle the day-to-day real estate tasks that come our way. We don't promise anything we can't do. It’s just about being around and knowing the local area well enough to give people some decent information. We spend our time checking on new listings and making sure all the documents for our current projects are handled properly. It’s a simple, honest way to run a business in Bhandup.
