B-Right Sejal Developers Llp is based out of Malad East. Our office is at 108, Sujata Niketan, which is on Rani Sati Road. If you know Malad, you know Rani Sati Road is always full of people and shops. We’ve been here for some time now, working on various development projects in the suburbs. The office is a modest space where we do all our thinking and planning. It’s where the maps are spread out and the phone never stops ringing. We aren't a massive firm with hundreds of employees. We are a small group of people who know how to navigate the building process in Mumbai. It involves a lot of patience, especially with all the paperwork and the traffic. We usually get in early and stay late to make sure everything is staying on track. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just build things. Some days are better than others, and sometimes we run into issues that take a week to solve, but we just keep at it. Most of our day is spent talking to contractors or checking on the progress of our current sites. We like being in Malad because it’s a lively place and everything we need is within reach. It’s just regular, everyday work for us and we keep it that way.
