You can find us at Crystal Plaza on New Link Road in Andheri West. We are on the first floor in unit 108A. Running a bar and kitchen in Mumbai is a lot of work and it never really stops. The area is always loud and busy, which fits the energy of the place. We do not have any corporate training or polished scripts for our staff. We just try to be friendly and get the food out on time. The kitchen is often a bit chaotic with chefs shouting orders and pans clinking. We serve the kind of food we like to eat ourselves. Some days are slow and we just sit around talking, and other nights are so busy we can barely breathe. We do not have a big advertising budget. People usually just wander in because they are in the plaza or they live in the neighborhood. We have had the same guys working the bar for a long time now. They know how to handle the crowd. Sometimes the AC breaks or we run out of a certain drink, and we just fix it and keep going. It is a practical business. We are just a local spot where you can get a drink and a meal without any unnecessary fuss. We focus on the basics and try to make sure everyone who comes in has a decent time.
