B F Linen Llp is a small shop located in the Crystal Classic building on S V Road in Vile Parle West. We are right in Shop Number 1, so you can't miss us if you are walking by. S V Road is one of the busiest streets in Mumbai, so there is always a lot of noise and people moving around outside our door. We sell different kinds of linens and fabrics. The shop is quite small, so we have to be clever about how we stack the rolls of cloth so people can actually walk inside. It’s just a few of us working here. We spend our day helping people who walk in or answering the phone. It’s a very local kind of business. We don't have any polished sales pitches; we just show people what we have in stock. The shop can get a bit dusty with all the fabric, but we try to keep it clean. Working in Vile Parle is nice because there are lots of good places to grab a snack nearby. We’ve been here in Crystal Classic for some time and have gotten to know many of the other shop owners on the block. It’s a simple life, mostly just managing the inventory and talking to customers. We don't have a big marketing budget or a fancy website, just the shop on the corner. People stop by, look at the linen, and we help them out.
