Our office is up on the 12th floor of the Casablanca building. It is located over in the JVPD Scheme area, Plot No 130, right in the middle of Vile Parle West. Being up that high gives us a pretty decent view of the surroundings, but mostly we are just looking at floor plans and contracts all day long. Azlo Realty Llp is not some huge corporation with hundreds of employees. It is just a small team of us trying to figure out the property market around here. Vile Parle is a very busy part of the city, and things move pretty fast. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or meeting people who are looking for something very specific. Sometimes the elevators in Casablanca take forever, so we end up chatting with the neighbors while we wait. It is a nice enough place to work. We have been focusing on the local real estate scene for a bit now. There is always something happening with the plots around the JVPD area. We try to keep things simple. No big speeches or fancy presentations, just sitting down and talking about what is available. Real estate can be a headache with all the rules and changes, so we just take it one day at a time.
