Our office for Awesome Abodes Private Limited is situated at A-102 in the Sharda Vihar Chs, right on C.S. Link Road in Dahisar East. If you are trying to find us, we are just near the Anand Nursing Home, which is a big landmark for everyone around here. Being in a residential society like Sharda Vihar means it is relatively quiet, though the Link Road can get pretty jammed up during the evening hours. We use this flat as our main hub for all the housing work we do across Mumbai. It is a basic setup—just some computers, a printer that jams occasionally, and plenty of coffee to keep us going. We are not really the type to have a fancy lobby or a receptionist. Usually, whoever is closest to the door just answers it. We spend a lot of time going over plans and making sure the numbers add up, which can be a bit tedious, but it is part of the job. The 400068 area is a good spot for us because it is easy to get to different parts of the city from here. We have been working from this office for a while, and it has a bit of a lived-in feel to it. There are always stacks of papers that need filing and maps pinned to the walls. We just take it one day at a time and try to handle each project with a bit of common sense and patience.
