Our office for AVS HOUSING AND CONSTRUCTION LLP is in Ghatkopar East, Mumbai. We are specifically located at 309, Sai Infotech on the 3rd floor. You’ll find us on R. B. Mehta Road. Ghatkopar is a busy place, and R. B. Mehta Road is usually full of people and cars. Being on the third floor of Sai Infotech gives us a bit of a break from the noise on the street. We do a lot of housing and construction projects from this office. It’s a standard Mumbai office space where we keep all our project files and blueprints. We’ve been in this building for some time now. People find the location quite convenient since it’s a well-known road in the East. We aren't the type to use big, fancy words to talk about what we do. We just build houses and handle construction tasks as they come. It’s a lot of coordination between the office and the actual sites. Most of our day is spent on the phone or sitting at our desks trying to get things lined up. Mumbai is a tough place for construction, but we manage. We aren’t a huge corporate office with lots of layers. It’s just us here in room 309, making sure our projects stay on track. It’s honest work and we like being part of the Ghatkopar community. We just take it one day at a time and focus on the building work we have.
