Av Diamonds Private Limited is located at R.N. 2 in the Shivram Shinde Chawl. We are on Old Nagardas Road in Shinde Wadi, which is over in Andheri East. This part of Mumbai, 400069, is very crowded and there’s always something happening right outside the door. Working out of a chawl means we are close to everything and everyone. It’s not a polished corporate office with marble floors. It’s a small, functional room where we get our work done. The walls are a bit thin and you can hear the sounds of the neighborhood all day long. We have our tools and our desks squeezed into the space we have. It’s a very practical setup. We don't have a lot of room for anything extra, so we keep things very simple. Most of the time we are busy with the day-to-day operations, and the time just flies by. The area is old and has a lot of character, which we like. It’s a humble place to be, but it’s where we started and it works for us. We don't try to hide where we are or pretend it’s a big fancy headquarters. It’s just R.N. 2, and it’s where we do our business every single day. We’re just regular people working in a busy part of Andheri, making the most of the space we have.
