Ausra Construction Private Limited is over at Flat No.903 in Building No.6 of the MHADA colony on A.S Marg. We are located right near the shopping centre in Powai which is a very active part of Mumbai. Being on the ninth floor gives us a bit of a view of the surrounding buildings even if it’s mostly just more concrete. The office itself is just a regular flat that we use for our construction business. It gets quite busy around here because of the shopping centre nearby so there are always people moving around. We have a few desks set up and some chairs for when people stop by to talk about projects. Working in Powai means we have everything we need close by but the traffic on A.S Marg can be a real nightmare in the evenings. We usually just stay a bit later to let the cars clear out before heading home. Our team is small and we don't really go for anything fancy in terms of decor or furniture. It is a practical space for practical work. We’ve been in this MHADA building for a while and the neighbors are mostly other offices or families. It is a decent mix for a place like Mumbai. We just try to stay organized and keep moving forward with our daily tasks without too much trouble in Maharashtra-400076.
