Aureum Spaces Llp is situated in Goregaon East, right on the Goregaon-Mulund Link Road. We are at 120, Durian Estate, which is a pretty well-known spot in this part of Mumbai. The link road is always packed with cars, so we are right in the thick of things. Our office in Durian Estate is where we handle the day-to-day operations of our space-related projects. It’s a practical workspace, not a showroom. We spend a lot of time here looking at floor plans and talking to clients about what they need. We’ve been in the 400063 zip code for a while and we’ve seen how much Goregaon has developed over the years. We aren't some massive corporation with hundreds of layers; we’re a smaller team that likes to stay involved in every detail of the work. The office can be a bit noisy because of the traffic outside, but it keeps us energized. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just focus on creating spaces that work for people. Most of our work comes from word of mouth around Mumbai. We are just local people who know the real estate and space business. If you are driving down the Link Road, you’ve probably passed our building a hundred times. We’re just inside, doing our thing every day and keeping track of our latest projects.
