AUMM PRIMEVALUE REALTY LLP

We are located over in Mulund East, specifically in the Sunplaza building on the seventh floor. It’s a busy part of town near Hari Om Nagar. Most days it’s just us here at AUMM Primevalue Realty LLP dealing with the usual paperwork that comes with local property stuff. The office is inside Soham Enterprises. You probably know the area if you live around here. It’s a lot of phone calls and meeting people who are looking for a place or trying to figure out what to do with their land. We don’t have a big corporate team or anything like that. It’s just a handful of us working through the files and talking to neighbors. The seventh floor gives us a bit of a view, but mostly we are looking at our desks. There is always someone coming in or out of the building since Sunplaza has a lot of different businesses. We’ve been in this spot for a bit now and we’ve seen how Mulund has changed over the years. Some days are quiet and other days the phone won't stop ringing. We just try to keep things organized and help out whoever walks through the door. It’s not fancy, but it gets the job done. We spend most of our time tracking down documents or checking on sites nearby. If you’re ever around Hari Om Nagar, you’ve likely passed our building. That’s pretty much what we do every day.
