Our office is over in Goregaon East, inside the Corporate Avenue building on Sonawala Road. We are in Office Number 704. Sonawala Road is known for having a lot of commercial activity, so there is always something going on outside our windows. The office itself is a standard commercial space. It isn't very large, but it has everything we need to get our work done. We spend most of our time here managing real estate projects and dealing with all the administrative tasks that come with it. It is a lot of screen time and phone calls. We don't really go in for fancy talk or trying to impress people with big words. We just tell it like it is. Sometimes the lift in the building takes a while because so many people are using it, but that is just how it goes in a busy Mumbai office block. We have a small corner where we keep a kettle for making coffee and tea during the long afternoons. It can get pretty stressful when there are deadlines approaching, but we just put our heads down and work through it. Being in Goregaon East means we are close to a lot of the newer developments, so we see the city changing all the time. We aren't trying to be anything we are not. We just run a simple operation and try to keep our clients updated on their property situations without making things too complex.
