Aster Dwellings Llp is run out of K-307 in The Kanchan Nalanda Chs, which is part of Sunder Nagar in Malad West. We are right off S V Road, so the traffic noise is just a constant background hum for us. It is a residential society, which makes the office feel a bit more relaxed than a standard commercial block. We have been here in the 400067 area for a while, and most of our neighbors know us by now. The office is not very large, so things can get a bit cluttered with blueprints and files when we have a few projects going at once. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or sitting at the table trying to figure out the logistics of different sites. It is a lot of manual work and checking things twice to make sure we did not miss anything. The building has its quirks, like the elevator sometimes having a mind of its own, but it is a good place to work from. We are not trying to be some big corporate giant, just a local group doing our bit in the housing sector. Usually, you will find us drinking tea and going through the morning’s emails. It is a simple setup, and we prefer it that way because it keeps us grounded. Malad is a busy place, and being right in the middle of it helps us stay connected to what is actually happening on the ground every day.
