Assay Investments Private Limited is located in Borivali West. Our office is in Building No. 5, specifically unit number 12, at The Chandrakiran CHS Ltd. This is in the Chikuwadi area, right off TPS III Link Road. It’s a nice part of Borivali, and we’ve enjoyed being here since we started. The office is basically a small apartment that we’ve turned into our workspace. It feels more like a home than a corporate office, which we think makes people feel a bit more comfortable when they come to see us. We focus on investments, so a lot of our time is spent tracking markets and keeping our clients' records updated. We don’t have a big staff, so if you call, you’ll probably speak to one of us directly rather than a machine or a receptionist. We have a couple of desks pushed together and some old filing cabinets that are getting pretty full. Chikuwadi is a pleasant neighborhood with some good trees and a bit of peace compared to the main road. We usually walk out to get some lunch or a tea in the afternoon. We don’t have any big missions or slogans on the walls. We just come in, check the news, handle the paperwork, and try to give people honest information about where their money is. It’s a small, independent operation, and we like it that way because we can actually focus on the work.
