We are on Road Number 2, which is a fairly quiet street compared to some of the other parts of Santacruz. Being in a residential building means we don't have a big sign outside or a glass storefront. It is just a regular door in a regular hallway. We like the quiet because it helps us concentrate on the diamonds. We are a small operation, so it is mostly just us handling everything ourselves. We spend our days checking stones for quality and keeping our records straight. The atmosphere in Prabhat Colony is very friendly. You see the same people every day and there is a sense of community. We have been working out of Tulsi Niwas for some time now. We don't have any polished marketing speeches or big promises to give. We just do our work as best as we can. Sometimes we sit by the window and watch the life of the colony below, seeing the school kids and vendors pass by. It is a very grounded way to run a business. We aren't looking to be famous or huge.
