We are located in Jogeshwari West, right in the Oshiwara area. Our shop and office are at 201 in the Zorastrian Radit Society, building number one. It is on Behram Baug, which is right next to the Gandhi Municipal School. You can usually hear the kids playing during their break times. We run a bakery and patisserie. It is a lot of early mornings for us. The smell of fresh bread usually fills the entire space by 6 AM. It is a small team, and we are often covered in flour by mid-day. We do not have a big marketing team or anything like that. Most people find us because they live in the neighborhood or walk past the school. The kitchen is where most of the action happens. We have some ovens that have been with us since we first started. They are not the newest models, but they work perfectly for what we need to do. We do not use any fancy words to describe what we bake. We just make things and sell them. It is a simple business. We have a few tables for people who want to sit for a minute, but it is mostly a lot of coming and going. The society is quite old and quiet, which we really like. It feels like a real community here. We just try to get the baking right every single morning.
