Arhant Heights Private Limited

We are located in Hiranandani Garden, specifically in Sector XI. Arhant Heights Private Limited operates out of a space in the PWD 6B building, room 505. It is actually under the care of Laxman Sitram Ziman. Powai is a busy place, but our little corner is a bit quieter than the main streets. We handle various aspects of real estate and development from this office. It is not a huge place, just enough room for us to keep our files and meet with the occasional visitor. Most of our day is spent on the phone or working through spreadsheets. The area around Hiranandani has changed so much over the years, with all the new shops and apartments coming up. We try to keep up with everything going on in the sector. It is a lot of coordination work. We do not have a big marketing team or anything like that. It is just us doing the daily grind of managing property details and making sure the paperwork for our projects is correct. Sometimes we stay late when there is a deadline, and other times it is a bit slower. We like being in this part of town because everything we need is close by. It is a practical location for a company like ours. We do not go for anything fancy, just a reliable place where we can sit down and get the job done without too many distractions from the outside world.
