The office for ARADH BUILDERS AND DEVELOPERS PRIVATE LIMITED is up on the seventh floor of the Rolex Apartments in Malad West. Specifically, it’s B-wing, 701, right there on S V Road. Most days are busy with phone calls and checking on site progress. It is just a small team of us here. We handle a lot of the building work around this part of town and some other areas too. People usually just drop by if they have questions about a project or need to see a blueprint. The elevator in the building can be a bit slow sometimes, so we tell people to give it a minute. We have been working out of this space for a bit now. Construction is tough work, especially when the weather doesn't cooperate or supplies get delayed. We just try to get things done right and keep the paperwork moving along. Usually, there’s a lot of tea going around while we look over maps and site plans. It’s not a fancy setup, just some desks, chairs, and a lot of files. Malad is a crowded spot, so getting materials in and out takes some planning. We spend a lot of time talking to contractors and making sure the guys on-site have what they need. It is pretty much what you'd expect from a local developer's office. Nothing too flashy, just keeping our heads down and building things. We're usually here from morning until late evening most weekdays.
