If you know Mumbai, you know how hectic LBS Marg can be. It is always crowded with traffic and people, but that’s where we do our business. Working out of a chawl room means we have to be very organized with our space. We handle various food and beverage items from this small base. It’s definitely not a corporate headquarters, but it’s our home for the business. We spend our time coordinating orders and moving stock in and out of the Kurla area. Being so close to the court and the main road makes it easy for us to get around, even if the traffic is a nightmare most of the time. We are just a few people trying to make a go of it in the food industry. We don’t have any fancy mission statements or polished brochures. We just show up every day, check what needs to be done, and get to work. It’s a bit cramped sometimes, and the noise from LBS Marg never really stops, but we’ve gotten used to it. We just focus on the day-to-day tasks and keeping the business alive. We’ve been here for a while now, and we plan to stay as long as things keep moving.
