Our office is in Goregaon West, specifically in the Jalnidhi CHSL building on New Link Road. We are in unit E-1/6. The New Link Road is usually packed with cars and people, especially during the rush hours. Being situated there means we are right where the action is. Our space is modest and functional. We have a few desks, some chairs for visitors, and filing cabinets that are usually overflowing with property records. It is a very local kind of place. We don't wear suits or follow any strict corporate rules here. Most days involve us sitting around, drinking tea, and going over the latest property listings in the Maharashtra region. We do a lot of walking around the neighborhood to check on different buildings. It is a bit of a grind, but we like being out and about. Sometimes the monsoon makes it hard to keep the office clean with everyone coming in with wet shoes, but we just deal with it. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there; we just want to do our job and go home to our families. It is a lot of back-and-forth between clients and owners, which can be tiring. However, we have been doing this long enough that we know how to handle the stress. We just keep things honest and work through the challenges as they come up each day in our Mumbai office.
