Apen Realty Llp

We are over at Office No.305, right on the 3rd Floor in BKC. Bandra East is always a bit of a rush, especially during the mornings when everyone is trying to get to work. Apen Realty Llp has been in this spot for some time now. It is a regular office space, nothing too flashy or anything like that. The building is okay, though the stairs can be a bit much if you aren't used to them, but we have the lift. Mumbai heat is pretty rough lately, so we mostly stay inside and get through the paperwork. It’s funny how BKC looks so different depending on which street you turn down. We are in the 400051 area. Most days involve just sitting at the desks, taking calls, and watching the traffic move slowly outside the window. It’s a decent place to be. You see a lot of people walking by in suits while you’re just trying to find a good spot for lunch. We don't really do the whole corporate thing here. It’s just a few of us making sure things get done. The office has enough light, and the walls are a bit plain, but it works for what we need. Sometimes the tea guy comes by late. That’s just how it goes in Mumbai. We’ve settled in quite well at this address and don't plan on moving anywhere else anytime soon. It feels right.
