We are based in Borivali West, right on S V Road. If you know the area, we’re at 2B-11 in Shree Ramnagar CHS, just opposite Sea View Society. It’s a busy part of Mumbai, especially with the suburban traffic, but it keeps us on our toes. The office isn't anything fancy, just a practical space where we handle things for Apar Advertisers Private Limited. Most mornings start with the sound of horns and people heading to the station. We’ve been in this spot for a while now. The building has that typical old-school Mumbai cooperative housing feel. Sometimes the elevator is a bit slow, so we just take the stairs if we're in a hurry. It’s a local setup through and through. We don't have big corporate lobbies or anything like that. Just desks, computers, and people getting their work done. Living and working in the Bandra Suburban area has its own rhythm. You get used to the humidity and the crowded lanes. We usually grab tea from the stall nearby when the afternoon slump hits. It’s a straightforward life here. We just focus on what needs to be finished by the end of the day. There’s no big mystery to how we run things. It’s about being present and making sure the bills are paid and the clients are answered. We like the neighborhood, even if it gets noisy. It feels like home after all these years of being part of the local community.
