We are located over in Chembur, specifically in Building 81 of the Abhay CHS. Our office is on the seventh floor, in B-702. Being near Tilak Nagar makes it easy for people to find us if they know the area. We’ve been operating out of this space for a bit. It’s a typical office setup with desks and chairs and too many papers stacked up. We spend a lot of time on GM Road getting from one place to another. Real estate in this part of town is always changing. One day it’s quiet and the next day everyone is calling at once. We don't have a big marketing team or anything. It's just a few of us making sure the deals go through and the paperwork is correct. Dealing with the housing society rules is part of the daily routine. We know the local streets pretty well by now. Sometimes we have to go out and look at properties, and other times we are stuck inside doing data entry. It’s not always exciting but it is what we do. The view from the window is mostly other buildings and the street below. We try to be honest about what’s available. It’s a job like any other and we just try to do it right without making a big deal out of it.
