Annammar Construction Private Limited

We’ve been doing construction work for a while now from our office in Kandivli East. It’s located on the 8th floor of Balaji Enclave, right there on the Lokhandwala-Mhada Akurli Road. You might know the area, it stays pretty busy during the day. Annammar Construction is just a small team of us working on various building projects. We spend a lot of our time dealing with the paperwork and planning that goes into any construction job in Mumbai. Sometimes the traffic on Akurli Road makes getting to the site a bit of a headache, but that’s just how it is living here. We aren't a big flashy firm with a lot of fancy ads. Most of the people we work with come to us through word of mouth or because they see us around the neighborhood. The office at C-803 is where we meet to go over drawings and talk to the contractors. It’s a practical space. We don’t have any big corporate philosophy to tell you about. We just show up every morning and try to get the building work done right. It’s hard work, especially when the weather gets hot or the rains start, but we’ve stuck with it. If you’re ever near Mhada in Kandivli, you’ve probably passed by our building without even realizing it. We just keep our heads down and handle the day-to-day tasks of running a private limited construction company in this part of the city.
