Andheri Purva Samajik Sanskrutik Foundation

Our office is situated in the Mahakali Darshan building, room B/210, right on the Western Express Highway in Mumbai. Being right on the highway means it’s always busy and there’s a constant hum of traffic. We are the Andheri Purva Samajik Sanskrutik Foundation. Most of our time is spent on various social and cultural activities for the local community. It’s a small space, but we make the most of it. We don't have a lot of fancy equipment or high-end furniture. It’s mostly just chairs and tables for when we have meetings or plan our events. Working in Andheri means we are right in the heart of things. We see the city moving at a fast pace right outside our window every day. Sometimes it gets a bit overwhelming with the noise, but we’ve learned to tune it out. We aren't some big NGO with massive funding. We are just local people trying to do something for our neighborhood. We’ve been at this spot for a while, and people from the nearby areas know where to find us. We don't have any big slogans or elaborate mission statements posted on the walls. We just come in, do what needs to be done, and go home. It’s simple and honest work. The building itself is older, but it serves our purpose just fine. We just keep plugging away at our projects day after day.
