Ananda Living Spaces Llp is based in Mulund West. Our office is way up on the 21st floor of the Zenith building, Wing A. We are on P K Road, which is a fairly busy part of the suburb. Being on the 21st floor means we have to wait for the elevator quite a bit, but the view is decent when we actually have time to look. We are a small group of people working on various housing projects. We don't have a big, fancy headquarters. It's just a regular office space where we handle all our planning and administrative work. We try to be very straightforward about how we do things. We don't like using complicated business words or making big promises. We just tell people what the plan is and then we try our best to stick to it. Mulund West is a nice place to work because it feels more like a community than some other parts of Mumbai. We’ve been here at Zenith for a while now and we know the building staff well. We spend most of our time on the phone with suppliers or at construction sites seeing how things are progressing. It’s a lot of hard work and sometimes it gets stressful, but we like what we do. Ananda Living Spaces Llp is just a local business trying to provide good places for people to live. We don't have a marketing team, so we just rely on the quality of our work to get noticed. We're just normal people doing our best.
