ANALIZA REALTY PRIVATE LIMITED

Our office is located in Flat 7 of the Tejkamal Co-Op Housing Society. It's on 12th Road in Santacruz East, which is a pretty busy area. We run the business out of this residential building because it’s convenient and keeps things simple. It’s not a huge operation here. We handle property matters for people in the neighborhood and nearby. Most of our work involves a lot of phone calls and sorting through documents that seem to never end. There’s always someone coming or going with a folder under their arm. We like being in Santacruz because it feels like a real community. The building itself is older but it is well-maintained. You have to buzz in to get up to the flat. Sometimes the lift acts up so we take the stairs. It keeps us moving. We aren't doing anything fancy or high-tech. It is just basic real estate work, helping people find a place to stay or selling what they have. We keep our files organized, or try to, and we spend a lot of time talking to landlords. It can be a bit of a headache sometimes with all the rules and regulations. We just take it one day at a time and try to stay helpful. It’s just how we do things here at Analiza.
