Anagha Catering Private Limited is located over in Vikhroli West. We are in the Suyog Industrial Estate, specifically unit G-9. It’s right next to H.C.C on the main LBS Marg. If you know Mumbai, you know how busy LBS Marg gets. We do all our cooking and prep work right here in the estate. It’s an industrial area, so it’s perfect for a catering business because we have the space for big ovens and pots. We’ve been here for a while. The 400083 area is a good hub for us to reach different parts of the city. We start early in the morning when the roads are still quiet. By the time the sun is up, the kitchen is already going. It’s a lot of manual work, lifting heavy crates and making sure the food is ready on time. We don't have a fancy front office because we spend all our time in the back. There’s always someone coming or going with a delivery. It can get pretty hot in the kitchen during the summer months. We just focus on getting the orders right. It's a straightforward business. We don't do much besides making sure the catering jobs are handled. Most of our clients are businesses nearby or local families. It’s a tough job but we like the routine of it. We just keep our heads down and make sure the food is ready for whoever needs it.
