You can find us in Bandra West at Decan Court, which is number 42 on SV Road. If you know Mumbai, you know how busy SV Road gets at almost any hour. We are right in the thick of it. Our office is a straightforward space where we manage our estate work. It isn't a huge place, just enough room for us to sit and handle the phone calls that keep coming in. Bandra is a fast-moving neighborhood, and being here means we have to stay on our toes. We spend a lot of our time coordinating between different people and looking at various sites around the city. The traffic can be a real headache when we have to go out for a meeting, but that is just life in this part of town. Inside the office, things are pretty low-key. We have our computers and a bunch of maps pinned to the wall. It feels more like a home office than a corporate headquarters, which suits us just fine. We aren't interested in making things look more impressive than they are. We just focus on the property deals and the paperwork. Most of our day is taken up by checking listings or talking to people about their housing needs. It is hard work and requires a lot of patience, especially when the paperwork gets complicated. We just try to stay organized and keep moving forward with our daily tasks at a steady pace.
