You can find Ambit Nirman Llp over at 159 C.S.T. Road in Santacruz East. We are based in the Vinay Bhavya Complex, specifically in Wing B, using rooms 201 and 203. It’s a typical Mumbai building, meaning it’s always got something going on. C.S.T. Road is famous for being crowded, and we hear the traffic and horns all day long. Our office isn't anything special to look at. We have some desks pushed together and shelves full of folders from past jobs. We do construction and civil work, so there’s usually a bit of dust or some heavy boots lying around the entrance. Kalina is a good spot because we are close to a lot of our project sites, but the commute can be a real headache sometimes. We don't have a marketing department writing fancy brochures for us. We just get our work through word of mouth and by staying steady. Inside the office, the lights flicker once in a while and the air conditioner makes a weird rattling noise, but it gets the job done. We are just a group of people who know how to build things. We spend a lot of time on the phone with site supervisors or checking on material deliveries. It’s a lot of coordination and some days it feels like we are just chasing our tails, but we always get the projects finished eventually. That’s just the way it goes here in the middle of Mumbai.
