We are over in Kalina, Santacruz East. Our office is 201/203 in the Vinay Bhavya Complex, which is on C.S.T. Road in Wing B. It’s a busy part of town with a lot of small businesses and shops nearby. We’ve been in this complex for a bit now, and it’s a good spot for us. We handle building projects, so our office is usually full of site photos and technical drawings. It’s not the most organized-looking place, but we know where everything is. We spend a lot of time talking to engineers and checking on how our sites are doing. Being in Kalina means we are quite central, which helps when we have to go to different parts of Mumbai. We don't have a receptionist or a lobby with fancy chairs. You just walk in and we're usually right there at our desks working. It’s a practical environment. We deal with a lot of the nitty-gritty details of construction, which means there’s a lot of problem-solving involved. Some days things go smoothly, and other days we are dealing with one delay after another. That’s just the nature of building things here. We just try to stay focused and get through the list of things to do. We aren't looking to impress anyone with a shiny office; we just want to get the work finished.
