We’ve been operating from this part of Mumbai for quite some time now. It’s a decent area to work in, even though the city is always moving so fast. Our office isn't one of those high-rise corporate spaces. It’s just a regular place where we sit down and handle the development tasks we have on our plate. We spend a lot of time looking over project details or talking to people about construction. Being near the ashram gives the neighborhood a specific feel that we’ve come to appreciate over the years. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a big, polished office. We just want a space where we can get our work finished. Most of our days are spent coordinating with workers or checking on site progress. It can get a bit stressful when deadlines are tight, but we just take things as they come. Vile Parle is a good community and we’re happy to be part of it. We don't use much marketing or anything like that. We just focus on the buildings we’re working on. The 400056 area is home for us.
