Our place is located in Jogeshwari West, specifically on the East side of Amaad Patel Estate road. It is kind of behind the Pushtikar housing society in the Behrambag area. If you live around here, you know it is a lively spot with a lot going on. We have been operating out of this Mumbai office for some time. It is not one of those big glass towers you see in the movies, just a regular workplace where we handle our daily tasks. Most of our morning is spent looking over property papers and answering emails. It gets quite warm in the afternoons, but we have some fans going to keep it manageable. People often drop by without an appointment just to chat about what is happening in the local market. We don't have a big reception desk or anything like that. It is mostly just us sitting around some old wooden desks trying to organize everything. Jogeshwari has changed quite a bit over the years, and being right here on the ground means we see those changes happening every single day. Sometimes the internet goes a bit slow, or the traffic on the main road makes it hard to hear ourselves talk, but we are used to it by now. It is a practical office for a practical group of people. We focus on the work at hand and don't really worry about having the most modern furniture or a perfect paint job.
