We are over here in Kurla West, tucked away in the Shivaji Kutir area near the Mandi. If you know the neighborhood at all, you know it gets pretty busy around LBS Marg, especially by the Peninsula building. Our office is right there. We have been at this spot for a bit now, dealing with the daily traffic and the usual noise that comes with being in such a central part of Mumbai. It is just a small setup, nothing too fancy, really. Most days involve a lot of phone calls and people stopping by to ask about places in the 400070 pin code. It is a bit of a maze getting here if you aren't used to the narrow lanes, but we like it because it feels like the heart of the city. We don't spend much time on fancy decorations or anything. There is usually a tea stall nearby where we grab a quick break when things get a bit too hectic inside. Working in real estate in a place like Kurla means you see all sorts of things. Every day is different, and we just try to keep up with the paperwork and the local property shifts. It is a lot of grinding away at desks and checking on site visits when the weather allows. Sometimes the rain makes it tough to get around, but that is just part of living in Mumbai. We just keep our doors open and try to get through the to-do list before the day ends.
