ALKA PROPERTY SOLUTIONS LLP

We are located at G-3 in the Sai Kutir building, which is part of the Tejpal Scheme Number 6 in Vile Parle East. We’re right near Vyom Arcade, so it’s a familiar spot for anyone living around here. Alka Property Solutions is a small operation. We focus on finding homes and office spaces for people in the neighborhood. Vile Parle has a specific feel to it, and we like being part of that. Our office isn't very large, but we have enough space to sit down and go over floor plans or contracts. We don’t do the whole high-pressure sales thing. Usually, we just give people the keys to take a look or walk them through the building ourselves. It’s a lot of walking back and forth between different housing societies. Some days the humidity is killer, but we still have to get out there. We’ve got a lot of files on the local buildings because we’ve been doing this for a while. We don’t claim to have every answer, but we know the streets and the landlords pretty well. It’s just honest, everyday work for us. If you’re walking near Tejpal Scheme, you’ll probably see us coming or going. We try to be helpful without being pushy. That’s just how we like to run things here in Vile Parle.
