Alibaug Developments Private Limited

Our base is in Ghatkopar East on M G Road. We are on the sixth floor of Fine House, specifically in room 602. It’s right on Anandji Lane, which is a busy little stretch. Working in Ghatkopar is great because the market is right there and there's always something going on. We mainly focus on developments, and even though our name says Alibaug, we spend a lot of our time right here in the office planning things out. The space is fairly simple, just some desks, chairs, and a lot of files. We have a few people who handle the site visits while the rest of us stay here and manage the legal side of things. It’s a lot of back and forth with the municipal offices and the architects. We don’t have any big corporate slogans; we just try to get the buildings finished on time. The lift in Fine House can be a bit slow during the lunch hour when everyone is heading out, so we've learned to be patient. We enjoy the local food stalls around M G Road when we take our breaks. It’s a tight-knit team and we’ve been working together for a good while. We keep our operations straightforward and don't try to overcomplicate things. If a problem comes up, we just sit down and figure out a way to fix it. That’s how we’ve always done things here in Ghatkopar, just staying practical and busy.
