This part of Chembur has a lot of history and we’ve been part of the local scene through our work in hospitality. Our office in Roshan Niwas is where all the planning happens. We manage different aspects of the restaurant business from here. It’s not a restaurant itself, just the heart of the operation where the bills get paid and the schedules get made. Being near Wadavali Village means there’s always a lot of movement and noise outside, which we’ve grown to like. The office is on the 5th floor, so we’re a bit removed from the street noise though. We have a small staff who handles the day-to-day administrative stuff. It’s a lot of paperwork, checking on supplies, and making sure the restaurant side of things is running okay. We don't have any flashy decorations in the office, just the essentials like computers and a coffee machine that gets a lot of use. Lakshmi Colony is a good spot for us, and being on RC Marg makes it easy for our managers to drop by when they need to. It’s just where we do our work. We stay focused on the tasks and keep things moving.
