Alfredo Realty is based out of Shop 705 and 706 in the Krushal Commercial Tower. We’re located on GM Road over in Chembur. It’s a pretty easy building to spot if you’re in the area. We’ve got a decent setup here, nothing too over the top. We mostly help folks with buying or renting spaces around Chembur and the surrounding suburbs. The office can get a bit chaotic when everyone is on the phone at once, but we manage to keep things moving. We don’t really go in for the whole corporate image. We’d rather just sit down and talk about what a property actually looks like instead of showing edited photos. Some days we spend more time in our cars than in the office because we’re out checking on sites. Chembur has changed a lot lately, and there’s always something new being built. We try to stay aware of what’s happening on every block. It’s a lot of legwork, but it’s what we do. We don’t have a massive team, just a few of us who know the local market. If you need someone to look at a lease or find a shop, we’re here on GM Road. We keep regular hours, but sometimes we’re out late with clients. It’s just a normal business trying to do a decent job for people.
