You can find us at 501, Swan Lake CHS on 14th Road. It’s a nice enough building, and we’ve been here at Ajaska Property for a while now. We’re mostly focused on the residential side of things around this part of Mumbai. The office isn't anything too special, just a place where we keep our files and meet with people who are looking to move. 14th Road is a busy spot, so there’s always something happening outside. We spend our days talking to landlords and showing people around different apartments. It involves a lot of walking and a lot of phone calls. Sometimes the keys don't work or the owner is late, but that’s just part of the job. We don’t use any high-tech gadgets or fancy sales pitches. We just show the place, talk about the rent or the price, and see if it fits. It’s a straightforward way of doing things. We’ve lived and worked in this area for years, so we know which streets are quiet and which ones get too much noise. Our team is small, so you usually end up talking to the same person every time you call. It makes things a bit more personal, we think. We’re just regular people trying to make the property search a little less of a headache for our neighbors.
