We operate out of unit 122 in the Pioneer Industrial Estate, which is on Subhash Road in Jogeshwari East. Being in Mumbai, it’s a very different world from the farms where our food starts. The estate is always buzzing with activity, and the traffic on Subhash Road is usually a nightmare. Our space is functional and a bit crowded with all the inventory we have to manage. We aren't a huge corporation with fancy branding. We’re just a small team of people handling food products. Most of our day is spent checking quality, packing things up, and making sure the deliveries go out on time. It’s a lot of physical work, and the office is often noisy because of the machines and the trucks nearby. We don't have much time for sitting around. We use simple English and keep our records as clear as we can. It’s not always perfectly organized, especially during the busy season, but we know where everything is. We chose this spot in Jogeshwari because it’s central, even if the parking is impossible. We just focus on the task at hand and try to run a decent business without any extra fluff. It’s a straightforward job, and we take it as it comes, dealing with the daily chaos of the city while we work. The lunch hour is the only time it gets quiet around here for a bit.
