Our eye hospital is based in Malad West, inside Maharaja Apartments on SV Road. We are in Flat 106, which is easy to get to once you enter the building. Being on SV Road means there is always a lot of noise and activity right outside, but we’ve been here long enough that it just feels normal now. We focus on eye care for the local community. It’s not a huge, sprawling facility; it’s a focused place where we do things like eye exams and surgeries. We see a lot of elderly people from the neighborhood who have lived in Malad for decades. The apartment setup makes it feel a bit more like a home than a cold clinic, which I think people appreciate. We don't have a marketing team or anything like that. Most people hear about us from their neighbors or the local shopkeepers. We try to keep our appointments moving, but sometimes things take a little longer if a case is complicated. Our staff is small and we all know each other’s names. It’s a straightforward way to run a hospital. We don't have any high-tech kiosks for check-ins, just a desk and a register. We are just here to help people see a bit better and take care of their eyes. It is a humble spot in a busy part of Mumbai, and we are quite happy with that.
