Adsplash Media Private Limited is tucked away in Khar West, right here in Mumbai. If you are looking for us, we are in the Sea Hill Building, specifically in office 5-B. The building is on 31 Union Park. Most people in the area know the Olive Restaurant, and we are quite close to that landmark. Being in this part of Khar means there is always something going on outside. The 400052 area is a mix of old houses and newer offices, and we have been part of it for a while now. The office itself isn’t anything out of a magazine. It is a functional space where we spend most of our daylight hours. We have our desks, our computers, and a lot of tangled wires. The walk from the main road can be a bit dusty, especially with all the construction that seems to happen in Mumbai every other day. We do not have a big HR department or a fancy lobby with a fountain. It is just us. We get in early, deal with the Mumbai traffic, and get our work done. Sometimes the lift in Sea Hill is a bit slow, so we end up taking the stairs. It is a small price to pay for being in such a central location. We do not talk much about any business philosophy or anything like that. We just focus on the tasks at hand. It is a plain, honest workspace for people who aren't interested in corporate fluff.
