Adhar E Market Llp

We are way up on the 29th floor of the Venezia building, which is part of the Lodha Fiorenza complex in Goregaon East. Being that high up means we spend a lot of time waiting for the elevators, but the view of the Western Express Highway is pretty decent, especially when the traffic is backed up in the evening. Adhar E Market Llp is run out of this flat, number 2904. It does not feel like a corporate office at all, mostly because it still looks like a residence in many ways. We have some desks set up and some storage for our paperwork, but it is a very relaxed environment. We don't wear suits or have formal meetings with PowerPoints. Usually, we just sit around and talk about what needs to get done for the day. Living and working in Goregaon means we are right in the middle of everything. The highway noise is always there in the background, a constant hum that you eventually stop noticing. We started this because we wanted to see if we could make a go of it in the e-market space. It has been a lot of learning as we go. Some days are slow and others are completely chaotic, which I guess is how it goes for most small businesses. We aren't trying to change the world; we are just trying to run a decent business from our 29th-floor spot and make things work for our small team.
