Achernar Construction Private Limited

Our place is way up on the 25th floor of Oberio Gardens. We are in C/2504 which is in the Thakur Village part of Kandivali East. It is a very high building and the view is actually quite something. You can see all the way to the hills on a clear day. Achernar Construction Private Limited operates from this flat. The lift takes a minute to reach us because it is so high up. Thakur Village is always packed with people and cars. It is hard to find parking if you come by at the wrong time. We have set up our desks in the living area of the flat. It feels more like a home than a real office sometimes. The wind really whistles against the windows when there is a storm. We spend most of our time here checking on project updates and calling our contractors. It is a busy atmosphere but we like it. The security at the main gate of the society is quite strict so you have to sign in every time. We usually order lunch from the small cafes nearby in Kandivali. It is a comfortable spot for us to work from. There are a lot of files and maps lying around the tables. We are just a regular group of people trying to keep our projects on schedule. It is a decent place to spend the day.
