Our company, Aceso Endowment Services Private Limited, is situated at Plot Number 8 in Western Estate. We are right in the MIDC area of Andheri East, directly opposite the SEEPZ-SEZ. It’s a very busy part of Mumbai with a lot of industrial activity going on all the time. Our office is a practical space where we handle endowment services. Mostly, we deal with the paperwork and management of insurance policies that have been around for a long time. It involves a lot of reading through fine print and making sure all the documents are in the right place. We have a lot of metal filing cabinets because we still keep a lot of physical records. The office doesn't have any expensive furniture, just the basic stuff we need to do our work. We spend our days answering calls and responding to letters from people about their policies. It’s a lot of routine work, but we try to be thorough about it. The traffic around MIDC can be a real headache, so most of us try to get in early before the roads get too blocked up. We aren't a big flashy firm, just a small group of people working in a functional office. We've been at this location for several years now and we've become a regular part of the estate. We just focus on the job and try to keep everything moving as it should.
