Accrescent Ventures Llp is located in Goregaon East, right in the Satellite Garden area. Our address is a bit of a mouthful—1A Sub Pl D, Building 2, Wing M. It’s off Akv Road near Santosh Nagar. If you’ve ever been to Goregaon, you know how packed it gets, but once you get inside the layout of the garden, it’s a bit more peaceful. We’ve been operating from this wing for a while. The office has a view of some trees, which is nice when you need a break from the screen. We are a small venture firm, so we don't have hundreds of employees. It’s just a tight group of us sitting in a room that’s probably got too many files in it. We spend a lot of time discussing projects and looking at spreadsheets. There’s no dress code here; most of us just wear what’s comfortable. We aren't interested in looking like a big corporate office with glass walls. We prefer the walls we have, even if they need a new coat of paint. Lunchtime is usually when we catch up on the news or talk about the traffic on the Western Express Highway. We just try to stay focused on our work and keep the business running smoothly. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s our life. We’re just a regular group of people working hard in a busy part of Mumbai.
