We set up shop at Plot D 8 on Road Number 16 in the MIDC area of Andheri East. We’re pretty close to the Suncity Hotel, which is usually how we tell people to find us. Being in the MIDC means there is always something going on outside our door. ABR Realty is basically just us working through property deals in this part of Mumbai. It’s a busy district, and we’re right in the thick of it. We don’t have a fancy lobby or anything like that. It’s just a workspace where we get things done. Dealing with real estate here involves a lot of back and forth, checking documents, and meeting people at different plots. We try to stay on top of things, but in a city like this, there’s always a surprise or two. Some days it’s quiet, and we can actually hear ourselves think, but most of the time it’s the sound of the city. We aren’t trying to be the biggest agency out there. We just want to do our work properly and help folks find what they need without a lot of fuss. If you’re familiar with Andheri East, you know how it is. It’s gritty, fast, and constantly moving. That’s our daily life here. We just take it one property at a time and try to keep things simple for everyone.
